Almond Tuna Bread

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Ingredients needed for tuna stuffing.

3. Put all the ingredients in the main ingredient into the bread machine and start the dough mixing program.

4. Add butter when kneading into a smoother dough.

5. Knead the dough to the expansion stage, you can stretch out the state of the film.

6. Round it up, put it in a basin and cover it with plastic wrap to ferment to 2.5-3 times its size.

7. The drained tuna is scattered with a fork.

8. Heat the pan, add olive oil and sauté the minced onions.

9. Add the tuna and stir fry.

10. Add black pepper and salt and stir well, turn off the heat.

11. After cooling, add shredded mozzarella cheese and mix well.

12. Fermented dough.
