Almonds Mixed with Celery

Wash the celery leaves, cut into small pieces and blanch them in boiling water. (If you like something softer, blanch it more)

Soak the almonds in advance. After soaking, peel and break into two halves, remove the tips of the almonds, and cook them over heat.

Peel the carrots and cut them into pieces. After blanching the celery, blanch the radishes.
4.
Put all the blanched vegetables in a bowl, add green onions and ginger.
5.
Mix with pepper oil.
6.
Mix the dishes for serving.

Blanch the celery first and then the carrots
