Amaranth Salad

Prepare seasonings.

Wash the amaranth and control the moisture.

Then put clean water in the pot and blanch the amaranth with the water.

Tips:
The amaranth should not be blanched for a long time. After the water is boiled, add the amaranth and remove the color immediately and cool it.
