Amber Sugar

Prepare a pot, pour 250g water and 6g agar powder.

Stir over low heat until melted.

Prepare 300g of caster sugar and add all the caster sugar while stirring.

Then stir until the sugar melts.

After sieving the cooked solution, pour it into a mold.

Dip a toothpick with chromatin and slide it back and forth in the liquid to create a halo effect.

Remember not to slide too much.

Put the finished mold in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it solidifies.

After air-drying for 2-7 days, you can get hard amber candies.
