Perhaps this is the easiest and least simple recipe I have ever made.

The simplicity lies in the fact that there are few materials and simple steps. Ingredients

1. Prepare a pot, pour 250g water and 6g agar powder.

2. Stir over low heat until melted.

3. Prepare 300g of caster sugar and add all the caster sugar while stirring.

8. Put the finished mold in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it solidifies.

9. After air-drying for 2-7 days, you can get hard amber candies.
