Amber Walnut

Remove the shell of raw walnuts (about 500g walnut kernels after removing the shells)

Put the walnuts in a pot and boil for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove and drain the water;

Oven at 160 degrees, preheat the top and bottom for 10 minutes, put the walnuts in the oven, and bake the middle and upper layers for 30 minutes

After the walnuts are roasted, they are roasted and boiled to make sugar. Add the prepared thick water to the pot. After boiling, add brown sugar and stir slowly over low heat. When the honey is thick, change the heat to a low heat.
