American Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 180˚C and lightly roast the walnuts on a frying pan, stirring constantly, to avoid burning.

In a mixing bowl, pour butter and sugar and mix.

Add eggs and mashed bananas until well mixed.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt evenly, then pour into the previous mixture.

Then add chopped walnuts, raisins and vanilla and mix well.

Use grease and flour to spread on the bread pan, pour the mixture and bake for 65 minutes (use a toothpick to test for 60 minutes, if the toothpick comes out clean, the bread is baked).
