American Finger Sucking Grilled Pork Ribs
1.
Use a knife to cut out several slices deep to the bone on the surface of the whole pork ribs to taste (don't cut them off), and marinate them with the marinade for an hour.
2.
The surface of the marinated ribs is evenly coated with cornstarch (coated on both sides) to lock the moisture in the meat and maintain the tenderness of the meat. Steam in a steamer for half an hour to 40 minutes.
3.
Take a small pot, add butter (my family doesn't eat butter, so I changed to vegetable oil), onion, garlic and stir-fry for a nice flavor.
4.
Then add orange juice, tomato sauce, chili sauce, ginger juice, and salt to a boil, turn off the heat and add honey and mix well.
5.
Put cellophane or aluminum foil on the baking tray, spread the ribs and coat with barbecue sauce. Use the barbecue function of the oven to bake for 15 minutes. Bake all the barbecue sauce for another 15 minutes.
6.
Finished product. The surface has a golden red color and a smell of garlic. Take a bite, the meat is wrapped in orange-flavored sauce, and the rich taste of the slightly spicy, sweet and salty mixture is sucking, and you can't stop it!
