American Ginseng Stewed Chicken Soup

The raw material is as shown in the chicken. Remove the tail, remove the lymphatics of the chicken neck and wash it.

Because I use an electric stew pot, it takes a long time to boil a pot of water, so: add enough water to the pot, put chicken and American ginseng, and boil on high heat

Skim off the scum, boil it, put it in an electric saucepan and simmer for 3 hours. If you simmer over water, let’s simmer for 5 hours
