American Ham Roll

Put high powder, milk powder, white sugar, salt, yeast, water, and egg liquid together and knead until the surface of the dough is slightly smooth, then add butter

Continue to knead until the dough reaches the expansion stage (of course you have to knead out the glove film), leave it in a warm place to ferment for one hour

Fermentation is complete

Cut American ham into cubes

Prepare sliced American ham and 40g mozzarella cheese

Vent the fermented dough and roll it out into rectangular slices

Sprinkle with American ham and mozzarella

Roll up

Cut out thick rolls

With the incision upward, put the cut roll into the baking tray for the second fermentation

Then cut the okra into thin slices, and cut the carrots to form a flower shape (purely personal preference, I think a little shape is better)

The second fermentation is complete

Put okra and carrots on the surface, sprinkle some mozzarella on the surface, and bake at 200/190 degrees in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
