Angelica and Astragalus Chicken Soup

Wash the chicken and shape it.

(Green onions and star anise can be omitted)

Jujube, wolfberry, astragalus, angelica.

Put in astragalus.

Put in angelica.

Put in jujube.

Turn on the soup function of the electric pressure cooker.
(According to the degree of tenderness of the chicken, the time can be selected. If it is a young chicken, the time can be shorter, and if it is an old chicken, the time should be longer)

When the work is completed, put the wolfberry in.
(Put the goji berries 5 minutes before they are out of the pot, when the work is finished, put them in, and heat them for 5 minutes)

Select the reheat function, 5 minutes, and then shut down.
(This function is heating, but not pressurizing, so you can open the lid in advance)

Add the right amount of salt and leave the pot.
(Just add a little salt to taste, the others can be omitted)
Tips:
1. Add enough water at a time, don't add it halfway.
2. Put the wolfberry 5 minutes before it is out of the pot. After the work is completed, put it in and heat it for 5 minutes.
3. Select the soup function. The selection function can choose the time according to the age of the chicken. The chicken can be shorter, and the old chicken is longer.
4. The reheat function does not pressurize, and the fire can be turned off midway.
