Wash the quail eggs and cook them in a pot, pick them up and let cool, peel them off, and rinse again

Rinse the red dates and longan; soak the wolfberry for one minute and then rinse

Pour half a pot of water into the pot, add angelica, astragalus, and dangshen to boil over high heat

Tips:
The red date pits are dry, so it is best to remove them.
