Angelica Stewed Chicken Soup

Rinse ginger smashed, angelica, and wolfberry

Rinse the chicken, put it in a clay pot, add green onion knots and ginger, add enough water, boil on high heat, and boil on low heat for 3 hours (do not uncover during this period)

After boiling, add wolfberry

Just add in the right amount of salt
Tips:
Because I chose the old hen, the stewing time is very long, full 3 hours, so you must add enough water. I used about 1200ml of water. During the period, the lid was not removed, and the soup will evaporate when it is stewed. It’s about 5/1, and the shape of the chicken is still intact, not boiled away~
