Anise Pie
1.
All the ingredients except fennel are mixed together and kneaded into a smooth dough, which is fermented at room temperature.
2.
Pick and wash the fennel, put it in a pot of boiling water, blanch it, and remove it. Drain in cold water.
3.
Chop into finely chopped pieces
4.
The dough rises to twice its size.
5.
Add the crushed fennel and continue to knead into a dough, so that the fennel is fully dissolved into the dough.
6.
Divide into two parts and roll them into round cakes. Let stand for 5 minutes (appropriately extend the time in winter)
7.
Brush the pan with a little oil, put in the dough, cover and fry for about 2-3 minutes over medium-low heat.
8.
Turn over and brush a little oil on the surface and continue baking for 2-3 minutes.
9.
Until both sides are golden and crispy.
10.
Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
