[another Flavor of Tofu] Braised Tofu

Prepare the main ingredients, add a little water to the starch in advance and adjust for later use.

Wash the chives and cut them.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add a little salt, and then add the tofu cubes to blanch for about 30 seconds to remove the bean curd.

Pour a little oil in the pot, drain the tofu and put it in.

Add half a spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of salt, a little sugar, half a spoon of cooking wine, and chili oil (according to your own taste) into a clean bowl, and mix well.
