Ants on the tree is a common food in Sichuan and Chongqing, China. It is fried with vermicelli and minced meat with spicy bean paste. It is said that after the ants climbed the tree and made it, there was a small amount of minced meat sticking to the fans, which looked like rows of ants slowly climbing up the tree.

1. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water to soften, remove and cut, and drain the water
