Slice ginger, slice garlic, mince green onions, mince millet.

Boil the vermicelli in hot water for two or three minutes, soak for five minutes, and control the moisture after it is transparent.

Marinate the minced meat with light soy sauce for a while.

Heat the oil and squeeze the ginger slices out and remove them. Add the bean paste and fry them until fragrant. Put the green onion, ginger, garlic and millet into the pot, then add the minced meat and fry until cooked.

Add water, add light soy sauce cooking wine after the water is boiled, add some sugar to make it fresh, if the salty taste is not enough, add some salt to adjust the taste.

Add the vermicelli, boil slightly, and add the garlic sprouts. Turn off the heat and start the pot. Scatter some coriander.
Tips:
Don't cook the vermicelli for too long after it is put in the pot again, it will taste delicious.
