When ants go up the tree, they are fried vermicelli with minced meat.
The key to deliciousness lies in the sauce, Haitian’s signature bibimbap sauce with large mushrooms, which is soft and delicious, and makes people want to eat it.

Ants on The Tree

1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water for about 10 minutes and cut it short with scissors. Wash millet peppers and cut into circles.

2. Put the oil in the pan and heat it to 40% heat, pour in the meat and fry until the color changes and serve.

3. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, sauté the minced ginger garlic and millet pepper rings, pour the vermicelli and stir quickly, add the dark soy sauce, sugar and Haitian's signature bibimbap sauce and stir well.

4. Finally, add the fried minced meat, stir-fry well, and it will be out of the pan.
