I made my own ants on the tree, the taste is a little bit spicy

Ingredients

Ants on The Tree

1. First of all, friends first prepare all the materials!
First: vermicelli (preferably with sweet potato vermicelli, which is delicious) soak it in boiling water, drain the water and place it in a bowl after soaking.
Second: After buying the meat, cut it into minced meat and place it in a bowl. Chop ginger and garlic together and place it in a bowl. The same goes for garlic.

2. Cut the pork into minced meat, then add cooking wine + soy sauce to marinate for 5-10 minutes.

3. After the vermicelli is boiled and soaked, it becomes soft. Use scissors to cut it. You don’t need to cut it too much. You can probably cut it (so that it will be too troublesome to break the uncut vermicelli with a spatula. This saves time)

4. After all the ingredients are ready, open the fire and pour the salad oil

5. When the oil temperature comes up (a little smoke starts to come out), pour the prepared ginger and garlic into the pot and stir fry

6. Then pour in all the minced meat. When the minced meat changes color, put all the vermicelli into the pot and start to stir fry, then pour in a little boiling water, about a can of Coke (the kind in aluminum cans, not plastic) Just add the soy sauce and salt, and stir-fry continuously. After about 3 minutes, crush the dried chilies and add the green onions.

7. When there is almost no water in the pot, it means it's okay. Turn off the heat and install the dishes.

Tips:

Remember to boil the water when frying, don’t put cold water
