Ants on trees have always been a dish I like to eat. I didn't know why this dish was called "Ant Going on the Tree" before, but later I learned that this dish has a story.

It is said that after the death of Dou E's husband, in order to take care of her sick mother-in-law, Dou E used her weak shoulders to pick up the burden of the family. Due to the tight economy, Dou E had to bite the bullet and go to credit. I went to the butcher's shop again and again for credit. Since the debt had not been repaid, the butcher's owner only gave her a small piece of meat. After returning home, Dou E had an idea to cut this small piece of meat into smash, and then added various seasonings and green onion and ginger to stir-fry the fans. When she brought this dish to her mother-in-law’s bed, she found the fans when she moved her chopsticks. There were many black ideas on it, she asked with presbyopia: "Why are there so many ants on this?" Dou E told her mother-in-law what happened. When the mother-in-law knew what was going on and took a bite with her chopsticks, she couldn't help but praised it again and again, and said that this dish is simply called "Ant on the Tree"! "

Tips:

1. The fans must be soaked in cold water in advance and drained, otherwise they will stick to the pot.

2. A fan of 100 grams is for 2 people. If there are many people in the family, you can increase the amount relatively.
