Ants on the tree is a Sichuan dish. Stir-fried minced meat and vermicelli with bean paste. The fried minced pork and the tender vermicelli filled with spicy seasoning fully demonstrate the spicy flavor of Sichuan cuisine. It is named after the minced meat is distributed on the fans like ants, just like the ants climbing the tree. Because the main ingredients of "Ants on the Tree" are minced meat and vermicelli, it is also commonly called "minced meat vermicelli".

Ants on The Tree

1. Cut the vermicelli a bit shorter and soak in warm water to the point where the nails can be pinched

2. Chopped garlic, chopped green onion

3. Pork chopped into minced meat
