Apigenin Stir-fried Fragrant Dried

Clean celery and dried fragrant;

Break the ends of the celery sticks inwards to pull out the long fibers;

Cut the celery stalk into thin strips diagonally;

Cut dried tofu into filaments;

Make boiling water in the pot, blanch the shredded celery, remove it, and rinse quickly to keep the crispy taste of celery;

Dried tofu can also be blanched to soften the dried tofu;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic cloves and stir fry to get a fragrance. Put the garlic cloves in whole to keep their shape and taste delicious;

Tips:
1. There are two tricks for celery not to stuff your teeth. One is to remove the tendons of celery, and the other is to quickly cool water after blanching;
2. Dried tofu can be blanched according to taste.
