Appetizer | Toothpick Mango Shrimp
1.
Peel the mango and cut into 16 diamond-shaped pieces according to the size of the shrimp. You can also cut into larger diamond-shaped pieces first, and then adjust the size of the shrimps after they are cooked.
2.
Put on the plate for future use
(The mango pieces here feel a bit big, and in the end I divided each piece into two smaller pieces.)
3.
Remove the shells of the shrimp, pick the shrimp thread, and leave a tail, which will look good.
The frozen shrimp I bought was thawed.
4.
Pour oil, pepper and cumin in the pot.
5.
When the spices are scented, add the minced garlic
6.
Put the shrimp immediately, stir fry evenly, and fry until the color changes. The prescription says to fry for 10 minutes until it turns a bit brown, and adjust the time according to personal preference.
7.
Season with minced ginger, salt and sugar, stir-fry evenly, and fry for another 2 minutes.
8.
Finally, use a toothpick to poke the shrimp and mango together and place them on the plate.
Sprinkle with lime and other green leaves such as mint for decoration. (I cut some coriander and sprinkled on it, and it feels okay~)
