Appetizers-chopped Peppers
1.
Wash the little red peppers, drain the water, and remove the roots. Peel the garlic well.
2.
Chop the chili and mince the garlic (not photographed at this step)
3.
Put the chopped peppers and minced garlic into a clean basin, add salt and white wine, and stir well.
4.
Put the stirred garlic chili sauce into the bottle, (do not fill it too full) sealed and preserved. Leave it in a cool and ventilated place overnight to ferment, and then put it in the refrigerator for a week before eating.
5.
The prepared garlic chili sauce is super spicy this year. It is estimated that it will not be finished in one year.
Tips:
1. In the process of making chopped peppers, the container and ingredients must be free of water and oil, otherwise it will be easily broken.
2. The amount of minced garlic can be determined according to personal taste. If you don't like the heavy garlic, you can put less.
3. Use clean tools every time you take it out, otherwise the hot sauce will deteriorate easily.
