Appetizing and Delicious Fish Soup

Rinse the fish slices with clean water, then add boiling water, soy sauce, salt and ginger slices to marinate for about 10 minutes to let the meat taste

Cut tomato, green onion, garlic cloves and set aside

Stir-fry the chopped green onion in hot oil, add the tomato and stir fry to get the red oil

Add boiling water and bring to a boil

Put the fish fillets into the pot one by one and wait for the fillets to bend into shape

Add some salt and chili and cook for another minute or two, then sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
Just bend the meat. This way the meat will be very fresh and tender. Don’t cook it for too long and it will rot.
