Appetizing and Gluttonous Dried Chickpeas

Prepare the required materials.

Cut tofu into small pieces and slice ginger.

Tips:
1. When buying tofu, try to choose older tofu.
2. The cooking time must not be too short, my 20 minutes is just right, it is too short to taste.
