Appetizing Hot and Sour Radish

Prepare a white radish, wash it, don’t peel it

Tips:
Guan Jian used the amount of vinegar and salt to make this dish. If you put too much vinegar, it will be too sour. I have about 20ml of vinegar in this one. The amount of salt is less than usual when cooking (my salt spoon One level scoop), do it a few times and you will know the amount that suits your taste
