This is an appetizing, oil-free, low-fat version of hot and sour soup. High bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms are rich in fiber; carrots and fungus are nutritious and delicious; dried tofu is responsible for protein. Hot and sour, first choice for appetizers.

Appetizing Hot and Sour Soup

1. Shred dried fungus foam, shred carrots and bamboo shoots, cut dried tofu and shiitake mushrooms into strips. Finely chop chives.

2. Put water in a pot, add shredded bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and fungus, and boil.

3. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt, and cook for a while.

4. Add dried tofu and carrots and cook until soft.
