Apple Rolls

Make apple filling: Wash one apple, peel and core, and cut into small pieces.

Put it in a pot, add a little water and sugar, simmer on a low heat, water will be analyzed during the boiling process, if it is too dry, add more water, until the apples are boiled to a translucent state.

Keep the boiled apple stuffing cool for later use.

The bread ingredients are kneaded by the oil method until the film is formed. After the basic fermentation is completed, the air is exhausted and the dough is rounded and relaxed for 15 minutes.

Roll into a square dough sheet.

Spread a layer of apple jam first, and then spread the apple filling.

Roll up the dough sheet.

Cut into small pieces and place the cut side up in a paper mold.

Put the bread in a warm and moist place for second fermentation.

After the fermentation is complete, brush a layer of whole egg liquid, then squeeze the salad dressing back and forth, put it in the preheated oven, and heat the middle layer up and down at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Tips:
There is no apple jam at home, I used strawberry jam instead.
