Apple Stuffed Glutinous Rice Dates

Soak the jujube in warm water for 20 minutes.

Add water and knead the glutinous rice flour into a ball. You can add water while stirring with chopsticks, so it won't be easy to add too much. Set aside after kneading.

The dates are pitted.

Cut the apples into strips the same length as the dates.

Take a small piece of glutinous rice dough, flatten it, and put apple strips in the middle.

Wrap the apple sticks. (You can also make stuffing with other things)

Wrap it and put it in the pitted jujube.

Put the finished glutinous rice dates in the whole pot and steam them. I steamed it in a cold water pot for twenty minutes.

After steaming, take it out and put it in a plate, pour honey and white sesame seeds. It can also be eaten without topping.
