Apple Sweet and Sour Pork

Dice chicken breast.

Add salt, black peppercorns, cooking wine, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Add flour and oats and stir to form a paste.

Fry it over a small fire.

The fire was re-fried, and it was crispy.

Peel the green apple and cut into pieces.

Heat the sweet and sour juice and add the apple cubes.

Pour in the fried meat and stir well.

Tips:
The sweet and sour sauce is just mixed in the ratio of tomato sauce: sugar: vinegar = 3:2:1!
