Scon has been tossing about young and old, and has never tried whole wheat Scon. There happened to be a package of opened whole wheat flour, which was almost forgotten, so I tried this Scam. The last apple, it was cold and cold, and I didn't want to eat it, so I simply dedicated it to this Scon.
I thought that this was a pure whole wheat scones. When preparing the materials, it was discovered that some low-gluten flour was originally mixed. Thinking about using whole wheat flour, and some worry about whether whole wheat flour is not easy to hold together? Finally, the flour was added in the original proportion, but the medium-gluten flour was used instead of the low-gluten flour. Just because in the most detailed bread textbook, Scone is a mixture of high-gluten flour and low-gluten flour. Isn’t that a medium-gluten flour? Since then, Daigo has given enlightenment and is no longer obsessed with Sikang who is a low-gluten flour.
The scones of all-purpose flour is actually quite good, but what about adding whole wheat? It's a bit rough, but it's also very good. . . . "
