Cut the Argentine Red Shrimp, head, shell, and sand thread, into small pieces, add a little cooking wine, light soy sauce, black pepper and stir

Prepare the hot sauce, add a spoonful of hot sauce to the oiled non-stick pan, and melt the hot sauce on low heat.

After the hot sauce has melted, add the pea rice, stir-fry on low heat, and then pour the shrimps until they are cooked through, turn off the heat!
Tips:
Hot sauce can be replaced with other sauces, according to personal preference.
