Asian Spicy Fries

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into long strips.

2. Soak it in salt water for 10 minutes, take it out, and wipe off the moisture on it.

3. Prepare scallion oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, red pepper, and stir well.

4. Mix the prepared French fries with the seasoned ingredients evenly.

5. Preheat the Philips AirFryer to 180 degrees for about 5 minutes. Spread it as flat as possible into the Philips AirFryer basket, set the time for about 15-20 minutes, and turn the French fries into golden brown.
