Asparagus and Bacon Wraps

Prepare the ingredients.

Boil water in a pot, add some salt and oil, add the asparagus to blanch for two minutes and quickly remove the cold water.

Cut the asparagus in half, roll it up with bacon, and secure it with a toothpick.
4.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly.
5.
Bake in the oven for ten minutes.
Tips:
The asparagus should not be blanched for too long, otherwise the taste will be soft and rotten and lose its original crispness.
