Asparagus and Fish Fillet

Remove the old bubble of asparagus, wash and cut into sections for later use

Sliced fish for later use

Boil the asparagus in a pot with water for two minutes and pick it up

The fish fillets are boiled in the water for two minutes

Prepare garlic and millet pepper

Add appropriate amount of peanut oil to the pot, add garlic, millet and pepper, and sauté for about a minute. Keep the heat on low and don’t burn the garlic.

Saute garlic, millet and pepper, turn off the heat and adjust the amount of soy sauce
