Asparagus and Shrimp
1.
Set aside the green shrimp and asparagus.
2.
Asparagus hit a diagonal knife.
3.
Decapsulate the prawns, wash and set aside.
4.
Boil the asparagus in a pot of boiling water and remove.
5.
Too cold and set aside.
6.
Cut the garlic with a knife.
7.
Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
8.
Add shrimp and stir fry to change color.
9.
Add the asparagus and stir fry.
10.
Add a little bit of Totole Vegetables.
11.
Just add salt to taste.

Seasonal delicious, fresh and refreshing.

Tips:
Asparagus blanched water shortens the time for frying, and no nutrition is lost!
