Asparagus and Shrimp

Prepare ingredients

Asparagus cut into sections, red pepper shredded

Fresh prawns peeled, open back to prawn thread
4.
The olive oil that can be fried under the pan, add the shrimps and fry them until they are ripe (PS: ordinary cooking oil can be used instead of olive oil)

Add minced garlic, asparagus, shredded red pepper, white wine, salt, and black pepper in the original pot (PS: white wine can be removed, and if you don’t have it at home, you can add appropriate amount of white wine or cooking wine)
6.
Stir-fry evenly and serve immediately after serving
