It's common to drink all kinds of porridge in summer, but trying this kind of porridge is pure inspiration. Asparagus is a vegetable I like very much. It has a crispy texture and a slight sweetness. I often see people fry it with shrimp. In fact, porridge made with these two ingredients is also delicious. The turquoise porridge is paired with light pink shrimps. You can chew the crispy asparagus and the sweet shrimps with a bite of the porridge. The taste is very good. I feel like I’ve been eating potatoes last week and I have to change my taste~

The color of the porridge is also very small and fresh, and it does not make people feel greasy at first glance, but I can't make this feeling in the film. Asparagus protects the heart, nourishes the stomach, and has higher vitamin and protein than ordinary vegetables. Eating more asparagus is good for your body. "

2. Wash the rice and marinate with a few drops of olive oil. The shrimps are marinated with salt, sugar, pepper, cooking wine and ginger slices.

3. Cut off the old root of the asparagus, finely chop the stem, and leave a section of the flower on the top of the head.

4. Boil the water in the rice cooker and add the rice.

5. After the water is boiled again, stir constantly with a rice spoon until the rice grains bloom.

6. Cover and heat for about 20 minutes until the porridge becomes sticky.

7. Add the diced asparagus and ginger and cook for 5 minutes.

8. Add the shrimp and asparagus strips.

9. Add enough salt to taste.

10. Sprinkle in pepper. Cook until the shrimps are cooked through.

11. Add a few drops of sesame oil before serving.

Tips:

Boil the water first, then add the rice, and keep stirring to make the rice grains bloom and make the porridge thicker.

The asparagus strips are for decoration, and you can eat them all by cutting them into small cubes.
