[asparagus and Shrimp Congee] A Bowl of Light and Sweet Porridge

Prepare materials.

Wash the rice and marinate with a few drops of olive oil. The shrimps are marinated with salt, sugar, pepper, cooking wine and ginger slices.

Cut off the old root of the asparagus, finely chop the stem, and leave a section of the flower on the top of the head.

Boil the water in the rice cooker and add the rice.

After the water is boiled again, stir constantly with a rice spoon until the rice grains bloom.

Cover and heat for about 20 minutes until the porridge becomes sticky.

Add the diced asparagus and ginger and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp and asparagus strips.

Add a few drops of sesame oil before serving.
Tips:
Boil the water first, then add the rice, and keep stirring to make the rice grains bloom and make the porridge thicker.
The asparagus strips are for decoration, and you can eat them all by cutting them into small cubes.
