Asparagus in Oil

Prepare materials.

After cutting off the old roots of the asparagus, peel off the old skin underneath.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of salt and a little oil, add the asparagus and blanch for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Tips:
The asparagus must not be blanched for too long, as the asparagus loses its crispy taste after a long time.
