I went to the supermarket that day to buy a bag of asparagus. I have never eaten this dish. I only ate antlers when I was a child. My mother always used antlers when making marinated noodles. It was hard and dark brown. The mustard is white and tender, so it breaks when it is soaked and pinched by hand. I tried the cold dressing. It's okay to eat. It doesn't have any special taste.

Asparagus Salad

1. Soak the asparagus in cold water overnight, pinch off the roots, and divide into small strips.

2. Shred the bell peppers and the green onions.

3. Put the asparagus and green pepper onion in a basin. Add half a spoon of sugar.

4. Add some salt

5. Add moderate amount of vinegar

6. Add some cold soy sauce

7. Use a frying spoon to heat and fry some pepper oil

8. Pour it on the shredded green onions while it is hot, and pass the peppercorns with a colander.

9. Just stir evenly.

Tips:

I think someone blanched it and then mixed it, but my neighbor said that after blanching, the dish became sticky and not tasty, and the taste was not good.
