Asparagus Salad

Wash the asparagus. Mince the ginger and garlic, and cut the Chaotian pepper into small pieces.

The washed asparagus is blanched in boiling water for 15 seconds. Pick it up and put it in cold water to cool.

Remove the asparagus, squeeze the water, put it in a large bowl, add sugar, salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, pepper oil, sesame oil, minced ginger garlic, fragrant sesame seeds, and chili, mix well and serve.
Tips:
Don't blanch the asparagus for a long time, it will be more refreshing after blanching and cooling
