Asparagus Salad

Prepare materials. Cut green and red hot peppers into circles. Cut coriander into sections, and chopped green onions.

Wash asparagus with clean water until there are no salt particles.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the asparagus for 3-5 minutes, and remove. Control dry moisture.

Put the asparagus in the basin. Add mirin. (No, don’t let it go)
5.
Add the red vinegar. (You can use balsamic vinegar instead)
6.
Add salt, chicken powder, white pepper, sugar
7.
Add the red oil, green and red pepper, chopped green onion, garlic, and parsley, and mix well.
Tips:
If you don’t have mirin, you can use rice wine or sake instead. If you don’t have either, you can leave it alone.
