Asparagus is a kind of sea vegetable in the sea. No one had eaten it a long time ago. Now it has become a wakame with nutritional value.

Asparagus Salad

1. This is Asparagus, it is red when it is fresh

2. Boil in boiling water after washing

3. Turns green when exposed to hot water

4. Mash garlic into garlic paste, mix thoroughly with soy sauce, vinegar, a little sugar and sesame oil, soak red pepper and chop finely

5. After blanching, the asparagus has turned green. Drain and cut into sections

6. Add garlic sauce and chopped red pepper, mix well

Tips:

Don't blanch the asparagus for a long time, it will become muddy after a long time
