When I went to the market to buy vegetables, the boss said that asparagus is thick and strong, which is better and more expensive, but cats like the slightly tenderer and thinner ones. The ones that can be cut off with a finger are the most tender ones. Tasty, this kind of asparagus is cheaper than the stout kind, just so it saves money. Asparagus is a kind of vegetable that matches well with many ingredients. Today I use some shredded beef to stir-fry together, a nutritious and delicious dish for everyone.

Asparagus Shredded Beef

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Cut asparagus into oblique sections, slice red pepper into strips, shred beef, slice ginger and garlic

3. The shredded beef is marinated for a while with appropriate amount of salt, sugar, very fresh, cornstarch, and edible oil

4. Heat the wok, put the oil, add the beef and fry quickly, and serve as soon as it changes color.

5. Start the frying pan again, stir fragrant ginger and garlic

6. Add red pepper and stir fry

7. Add the asparagus and stir fry

8. Change the color slightly, put in the right amount of salt and sugar to taste

9. Let's have a bit of flavour and color

10. Put in the beef shreds that have been fried in advance

11. Use a little cornstarch water to make a lotus before it is out of the pot

12. Stir-fry over high heat, ready to be out of the pot

Tips:

If you want shredded beef to taste smoother and tender, you can use half of the egg white to grab and mix, so that the taste will be more tender.
