Asparagus Soup

Clean the asparagus and remove the old roots

Cut it a bit, add half a potato to the food processor and make a paste

Then simmer on low heat

If you want to make it thicker, you can add cooked flour

Add some light cream

Add a little salt to taste

Add black pepper

Finally, add mixed vanilla to enhance the flavor!
