Asparagus Soup

Wash the asparagus and scrape off the crust.

Cut the asparagus into sections and set aside.
3.
Cut potatoes into pieces and set aside.
4.
Blanch the tender tips of the asparagus in water.
5.
Pour chicken broth in the pot, add asparagus and potatoes and cook until crisp.
6.
Put the cooked vegetables and the soup into a food processor and puree them.
7.
Pour the puree asparagus back into the pot, add light cream and bring to a boil.
8.
Add some salt and pepper to taste.
