Asparagus Stir-fried Bacon

Remove the old roots of the asparagus, wash and set aside

Fried bacon slices for later use

Asparagus cut into small pieces

Prepare the garlic

Bring water to a boil in the wok, drip a drop of sesame oil.

Add the asparagus and boil it for a while, then you can remove it

Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic and saute until the oil is hot

Add the bacon and stir fry to get the oil

Finally, add the blanched asparagus and stir-fry for two to three minutes over medium heat. Turn off the heat, add salt and mix well.

Serve and eat.
