Asparagus Tofu Shrimp Crackers

Cut the asparagus into two pieces, blanch for later use (add a little salt in the water)

Chop the blanched asparagus and shrimp into small pieces and set aside

Knead the northern tofu and add the flour

Add eggs, chopped asparagus and fresh shrimp, a little salt, mix well and set aside

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, press the mixed tofu cake into a cake shape by hand, and fry on a medium-to-low heat
