Asparagus with Chopped Peppers

Fresh asparagus remove the old skin and wash.

Cut into small pieces.

Homemade chopped peppers. (Please pay attention to the previous connection)

Boil water in a pot, add the asparagus and blanch (about a minute).

Fish out and put on the plate.

Pour out the water in the pot, turn on a low fire, heat up an appropriate amount of oil, pour in the chopped peppers and stir fry a few times.

Put the chopped pepper on top of the asparagus.
8.
Pour an appropriate amount of light soy sauce into the pot and turn on the fire.
9.
Pour it on top of the chopped pepper.
Tips:
The asparagus should not be blanched for too long, otherwise it will affect the taste! Both light soy sauce and chopped pepper have a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt.
