Assorted Bacon Rice

Prepare the required ingredients.

Soak the bacon in clean water for several hours to remove some of the salty taste. Then cut into small particles.

Wash the vegetables and cut into small cubes.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into small cubes.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the ginger shreds and burst it. (Don’t have too much oil, there is fat in the bacon, and all the oil will come out as soon as it is fried)

Add the diced bacon and stir fry.

Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir fry until the bacon is broken.

Then pour in the chopped green cabbage. Stir fry evenly.

Tips:
When frying, you don't need to put a lot of oil. There is fat in the bacon, and the oil will be produced after frying.
You don’t need to stir-fry for a long time, the meat is cooked and the vegetables are half a raw.
If the meat is very salty, soak it for a few hours in advance to remove some of the salt flavor, and do not add any more salt in the follow-up.
